Sales Representative

Join our dynamic team at Espresso Dolce, a leading provider of premium coffee equipment and artisanal coffee roasting services. **Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the coffee industry, including coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, Offices, and other potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and assistance to ensure their satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our coffee equipment and roasting capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to optimize sales efforts and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the coffee or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge and passion for coffee, including an understanding of different brewing methods, coffee varieties, and roasting processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset and a focus on achieving objectives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
