Community Event Planner

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct fundraising event (CNOY) support to the Resource development Manager (RDM) *Work with RDM and other staff to coordinate Coldest Night of The Year and its sub-events. *Event planning and coordinating *Work collaboratively with RDM & others to achieve or exceed event target of $175,000. *Drafting content for CNOY marketing and communications.
- Intake and placement of volunteers throughout planning. *Provide leadership in planning event logistics.
- Provide support to Team Captains and Walkers.
- On-site event support at all secondary events as well as CNOY event day.
- Excellent public relations and marketing skills.
- Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office & other online planning and scheduling tools

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
