**A Day in the life in Administrative Support**:

- Contribute with team members to develop presentations and reports
- Manage operational functions such as expenses, billing, and time reporting
- Assist on special projects
- Ensure content quality by proofreading texts, layout, graphics, etc
- Perform related duties that enhance the business operations and client experience
- Hybrid work from home/office model

**What we're looking for**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook; Visio and SharePoint are assets) and strong aptitude for learning computer programs
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for our USA clients
