We are currently recruiting for a detail orientated **Master Data Summer Intern** to be part of our ITS team. The Master Data Summer Intern will work closely with the Visual ERP team and the business for maintaining accurate ERP (Visual) master data information, including Item Master, Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routings.

**Location**:

- Hybrid - 15 Marmac Drive, Etobicoke, ON

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain Packaging materials, Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routings.
- Ensures finished Good setup are accurately entered in Visual ERP.
- Assist with tasks around data quality, data collection, general queries from stakeholders in other teams, report maintenance.
- Maintain accurate Item information through data validation.
- Follow company’s health and safety program, rules and procedures and work in compliance with health and safety-related legislation and codes.
- Report all incidents, injuries, illnesses, and near misses to your Supervisor.
- Use or wear safety equipment and personal protective equipment required by the company.
- Report to supervisor any hazardous or unsafe conditions, absence or defects in equipment and any contravention of health and safety legislation.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in an academic degree in IT, Business Intelligence, supply chain or related
- Experience working on Visual, NAV or other ERP systems.
- Strong proficiency with Excel; additional tool expertise such as SQL, PowerBI is a bonus.
- Detail oriented, incredibly organized and process driven.
- Communicate effectively and timely with Team and Stakeholders
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information according to the set standards (SOC2)
