SGC is looking for an energetic and organized professional to join our growing e-learning business in the private security sector. The BDM role is an opportunity for a motivated sales champion to help take our leading brand to the next level in Canada

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Business Development_
- The BDM is responsible for revenue growth via strategic markets in Canada, including increasing our number of Resellers, Influencers and Partners.
- Communicate with companies and institutions and build relationships.
- Develop new business across multiple provinces and territories via remote home office with in person meetings as required.
- Establish and maintain sales lead funnel and prospect development reporting.
- Attend in-person meetings, presentations and events as needed.
- Demonstrate strong “pitching” ability.
- Reporting_
- Work with our GM as needed on key accounts and strategy.
- Regular pipeline development reporting to the GM & CEO.
- Targets to be established.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 2 - 5 years of professional experience in e-commerce/ e-learning business development.
- Bachelor’s Degree or similar in related field (sales/marketing)
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent presentation building and delivery skills.

**Compensation**:

- $50,000.00 CAD Salary plus bonus
- Paid Statutory Holidays
- 2 weeks paid vacation
- All travel costs covered.

The BDM will work a 40hr work week. The working hours will be between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday EST.

The BDM will work from home and will be required to provide their own computer, internet and cell phone with a Canada wide long distance plan.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
