Ability to inspire and lead a team through goal setting and coaching.
- In depth knowledge of the internal workings of an automotive aftersales department.
- Excellent interpersonal, management, and customer service skills are essential.
- Creating a customer focused environment and continuously working to improve the customer’s experience.
- Ability to develop a service marketing plan and adapt it to changing circumstances.
- Advanced knowledge of automotive technical repair procedures and processes.
- Ability to forecast goals for sales, GP and key expenses. Monitor service department financials and adjust as required.
- Ability to fill in as a Service Advisor as required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive aftersales.
- Supervisory experience required.
- CDK experience an asset.
- Warranty claiming experience an asset.

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

- Management: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
