My name is Melissa, I am a recruitment consultant in finance, accounting and payroll. I work in permanent and temporary positions in the Greater Montreal Region.

I am looking for an accounting clerk for my client located in Hochelaga. This role is permanent, full time.

Responsibilities
· Create new suppliers in the accounting system
· Match invoices, purchase orders and goods receipts
· Verify and code service invoices, employee expense reports and pay statements
credit card
· Enter supplier invoices, expense reports and credit card statements
in the accounting system
· Track merchandise returns and credit notes
· Produce and account for electronic bank transfers
· Classify physical invoices
· Reconcile accounts payable statements
· Follow up on problematic invoices with suppliers and buyers
· Update accounts payable and receivable each month
· Deposit income checks with the bank's photo deposit tool
· Produce sales invoices for machines
· Answer the phone and receive visitors
· Any other accounting or office tasks required by the controller or management
Education/Experience/Knowledge Required
· DEP/DEC/AEC in accounting or 5 years of experience with similar tasks.
· Have an eye for detail
· Know the Rydoo system (Asset)
· Have a good command of ERP systems (Asset)
