**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our HVAC and heat pump products, including their features, benefits, and the advantages of converting from oil to electric.
- Sales Pitch: Present and sell our HVAC solutions to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and value propositions tailored to their needs.
- Lead Engagement: Contact customers who have filled out our marketing forms via Google and Meta ads promptly and professionally.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each customer's heating requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers to nurture leads and close sales.
- Customer Support: Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers, addressing their questions and concerns to ensure a smooth buying experience.
- CRM Management: Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
- Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality of leads and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- HVAC license or HVAC sales experience is highly preferred.
- Electrical or refrigeration experience is valued.
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and translate them into customer benefits.
- Experience using NetSuite is preferred.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
