As a **Strategic Partner Relations** at BioScript Solutions, you will actively establish relationships with key partners and KOLs in the healthcare ecosystem to grow BioScript business through the development of solutions, driving more patients to our network while simplifying access to specialty care. These solutions will be created based on actionable insights uncovered through your immersion into data, regional opportunities, and patient flows within your territory.

**How you will make an impact**
- **Partner Identification and Relationship Building**: Identify, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with **strategic partners and KOLs** in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, gaining **actionable insights** and aligning them with BioScript Solutions' offerings to **grow** the number of patients in our network by being the pharmacy of choice.
- **Account Management**: Understand. Identify and prioritize each account's unique needs and requirements, patient flow, and **leakage points**, ensuring the delivery of tailored, patient focused **solutions to drive growth** of patients served by BioScript.
- **Clinic and Hospital Relations**: Uncover regional opportunities to expand our presence and partnerships within healthcare institutions, regional health authorities and community clinics, **expanding the patient volume** to BioScript Pharmacy.
- **Strategic Planning and Execution**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and industry partners to develop and execute strategic solutions to drive revenue growth.
- **Market Analysis**: Be an expert on industry trends and the competitive landscape. Leverage all relevant data to inform and gain **actionable insights** to build your strategic solutions.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and assess the performance of partnerships, regularly reporting on key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.
- **Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, facilitating clear and effective communication between Bioscript Solutions and external stakeholders.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all partnerships comply with industry regulations and BioScript Solutions' ethical standards.

**What you’ll bring to our team**
- Proven track record of revenue growth and a bias for action;
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree;
- Minimum of 5 years in Specialty Pharmaceutical Key Account Management, with a preference for Oncology;
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment;
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and reimbursement processes.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making;
- Self-motivated and able to work independently;
- Willingness to travel as required.
