  • Talent Development Specialist

  • HR Business Consultant
    • Provide HR consulting services to business leaders and employees on HR-related matters, including organizational design, change management, and employee engagement.
    • Develop and implement HR solutions that drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  • Organizational Development Expert
    • Design and implement organizational development initiatives that drive business results and improve employee engagement.
    • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to new organizational designs and processes.
  • HR Service Delivery Manager
    • Oversee the delivery of HR services to employees and leaders, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
    • Develop and implement HR processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant and progressive experience in HR, with a strong understanding of all HR functions.
  • Completion of an HR Management degree or diploma.
  • A Certified Professional Human Resources (CPHR) designation or equivalent is an asset.
  • Experience working with Employment Equity plans and committees.
  • Experience in a unionized environment would be an asset.
  • Experience working at senior management level within HR ideally in a partnership role.
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple departments and department heads.
  • Ability to influence business and HR colleagues and think long term.
  • Recognizes and values personal and cultural differences.
  • Strong customer focus and employee experience mind-set.
