Responsibilities:

- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, and data entry.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate individuals.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed.
- Assist with scheduling appointments for rental cars.
- Receive parts and label for estimate PO#.
- Part invoice entry into estimates.
- Phone customers on completed jobs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor.

We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position with regular office hours from Monday to Friday.
