Duration: Full-time

**Salary**: $55,000 - $70,000

We focus on artisanal, terroir focused, high quality and small production wines. Our customers are many of the city’s top restaurants as well as discerning private clients. **JOB DESCRIPTION**

Bookkeeping Responsibilities
- Entering products and pricing into inventory using accounting software (QuickBooks On-line).
- Creating _pro forma_ invoices for deposit payments.
- Preparing final invoices and processing payments.
- Coordinating accounts receivable, including obtaining updated credit card information, processing cheque deposits and receiving e-transfers.
- Processing accounts payable including some bills and credit card payments
- Handling customer and supplier personal information with required attention to privacy and security

Administration Responsibilities
- Coordination of deliveries
- Assist with maintenance of small office (including tasks such as answering calls, database management, ordering supplies, etc.)
- Product ordering through the LCBO Web Application System (including setting up vendor profiles, creating item number requests and placing orders) with consistency and accuracy (training provided).
- Some other minor duties as required

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel: managing spreadsheets, sorting data, creating sales reports, use of arithmetic functions and formulas
- Experience with QuickBooks (ideally QuickBooks Online, but not essential)
- Some proficiency with Microsoft Word, including document formatting
- Comfort working with basic PDF files and forms
- Knowledge of standard protocols for protecting customer and supplier personal information

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Ability to work highly independently and to learn new tasks quickly in a busy office environment
- A positive, energetic and resourceful attitude
- A high degree of tact, discretion and professionalism

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
