**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies and food products
- Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety regulations and follows company policies and procedures
- Manage operational costs such as inventory costs and labour costs to run the store efficiently
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction by resolving complaints and addressing customer needs

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in restaurant management, franchise management preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of operational costs such as inventory costs and labour costs to run the store efficiently
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- A passion for customer service and the food industry

**Compensation**:
The base salary for this position is 45k per year, plus variable bonus compensation based on restaurant performance. Growth potential for this position includes the opportunity to become a Regional Manager, responsible for overseeing three locations within the same region. This role entails managing multiple locations to ensure they are operating efficiently, meeting sales targets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
