Description de Tâche
L’adjoint(e) exécutif(ve) offre du soutien administratif dans un environnement philanthropique et dynamique, où il est essentiel de faire preuve d’esprit d’équipe, de proactivité, d’autonomie et d’un sens aigu de l’organisation.
L’ adjoint(e) exécutif(ve) devra fournir du soutien en matière de gestion des dons aux dirigeants de l’équipe responsable du développement. La personne retenue devra notamment effectuer des recherches dans la base de données, analyser la base de données, assurer le suivi des tâches liées aux collectes de fonds et consolider les relations avec les donateurs en leur envoyant rapidement des reconnaissances de dons.
FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS
- Offrir du soutien à la gestion des dons aux agents principaux de développement, notamment effectuer des tâches de suivi, envoyer les lettres et reçus aux donateurs en plus de remplir les documents de dons planifiés.
- Rédiger, modifier et formater divers documents nécessaires exigés dans le cadre d’une reconnaissance de dons.
- Organiser et tenir les réunions de l’équipe responsable du développement, veiller à la préparation des ordres du jour et des procès-verbaux, puis faire le suivi des points importants.
- Saisir les renseignements dans la base de données Raiser’s Edge et les extraire de celle-ci.
- Participer au déploiement des nouveaux processus relatifs à la gestion des dons et offrir du soutien à cet égard.
- Préparer les ententes de don, les propositions et les documents internes de soutien relatifs aux dons majeurs.
- Répondre aux personnes qui se présentent à la réception, au besoin, et accepter les dons par téléphone.
COMPÉTENCES ET EXIGENCES
- Au moins deux années d’expérience dans un poste semblable.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite, tant en français qu’en anglais.
- Excellente connaissance d’Internet et des logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office.
- Connaissance du logiciel de gestion des dons Raiser’s Edge, un atout.
- Bonnes aptitudes organisationnelles.
- Connaissance du travail philanthropique, un atout.
- Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles.
- Facilité à travailler sur plusieurs dossiers en même temps.
- Capacité à s’adapter rapidement aux changements de situation ou de priorités.
- Ponctualité et respect des horaires de travail.
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et efficace, avec une supervision mínimale.
- Avoir un niveau élevé d’énergie, d’enthousiasme, de détermination et d’initiative.

- Poste régulier à temps plein (35 heures par semaine)
