Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our sales team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our products or services, and generating sales leads. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads list
- Introduce and explain our products or services to potential customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Schedule appointments or demonstrations for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage customer interactions and track progress
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Salary**: $16.55-$24.11 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
