Monday to Friday, Full Time, 40 hours/Week, 9am-6pm

We are in search of someone with an administrative background who understand data entry, tracking, and reporting functions, along with having the personality traits that boasts confidence and an eagerness to learn.

**A Day in the Life**
- Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls
- Provide information to customers, taking messages, and scheduling appointments over the phone and in-person
- Prepare the daily bank deposit and provide administrative support
- Complete website updates and maintain databases
- Inventory Management

**A Great Attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we’re Looking for**
- Outstanding over the phone and in-person customer service skills
- Highly organized and accurate, with excellent multi-tasking skills
- A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems
- A solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Accounts payable experience is considered an asset
