Business Development Representative

**Responsibilities**
- Cold-calling with the intent to qualify key leads;
- Visit job sites and be aware of all the ongoing construction and make connection with new local contractors to create awareness, boost interest in and set up meetings to promote business.
- Build and understanding of the assigned territory, develop unique solutions to uncover prospects and create leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Work and collaborate directly with inside sales to achieve sales targets.
- Weekly meeting with the management team to report weekly progress/updates and create marketing strategies.

**Skills Required**:

- 1 - 2 years of sales experiences or transferable experience including cold calling.
- Knowledge and passion for construction-based services and products.
- Valid driver’s license.
- A competitive mindset and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Proactive, prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Create a positive experience for others.
- Problem solver.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $2,000.00-$6,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
