Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team as a Restaurant Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Leading by Example: Demonstrating excellent leadership skills and setting a positive tone for your team.
  • Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and developing a diverse team of food service professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring that all guests have a positive experience, from ordering to leaving the restaurant.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Leadership Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, staff, and other stakeholders.
