**Busy Property Management office seeking Assistant Property Manager**
- Good organizing and time management skills
- The ability to function in a high volume, face paced and busy environment.
- The ability to adapt quickly to change
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good computer skills and a good understanding of computer systems
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team with mínimalsupervision.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A positive and enthusiastic, hands-on approach and be driven by deliveringexceptional client service.
- The ability to prioritize and multi-task in order to respond timely and meetdeadlines.

**Key responsibilities**:
The main responsibilities of this position may include, but are not limited to the following:

- Answering and responding to general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Showing and advertising of residential properties.
- Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software toprepare reports, memos, and documents.
- Use a variety of software such as Microsoft word, outlook, excel.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Assist in the preparation and completion of tenancy related documents.
- Conduct Onsite Unit Inspections
- Arrange and coordinate repairs and maintenance through our MaintenanceManager
- Update and ensure the accuracy of the organization's databases andrecords.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support.
- Create action list for manager and staff from meetings.
- Conduct research.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**_
- High School Diploma
- Post secondary education in business, computers, or office management isan asset, but not required

**Experience**
- Please note any office experience or previous experience in Property Management

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
