**- Experience**
- 1-5 years in the residential Property Management / Real Estate industry
- 2 years in customer service/public facing industry required
**- Portfolio**
- A pre-established portfolio is required
- While we are growing quickly organically, we are looking to grow our organization by bringing on existing client lists. Signing bonus, equity, profit sharing can are all on the table to bring over your portfolio.
**- Education**
- Licensed as a Rental Property Manager under the BC Financial Services Authority
**Job description**
Our team consists of 2 licensed PMs and 5 support staff. We are currently growing 30% year over year and rent a home every 4 days.
A Greater Vancouver Tenant & Property Management Ltd. property manager holds themself to the highest standard of professionalism and market knowledge. As a 5 year old, growing business, it is crucial that our team makes positive, lasting impressions on all stakeholders, and this philosophy has led to our success thus far. As the organization continues to grow, so will this reputation, and any new additions to our team will reflect this mission. Our team serves the entire portfolio, we do not assign portfolios to PMs. This means you will have a specific role and expertise, and you will not need to be a “know it all”. This operational model us to work more effectively as a team, collaborate, support, and become experts in our respective areas to always be improving our services and make them more effective.
- Vendor / Contractor Management
- Property inspections
- Property Maintenance
- Move-in and out inspections
- Financials (Bookkeeping, Financial Planning, Reporting, etc.)
- Client (Landlord) and Customer (Tenant) relations
- Anything else you're interested in as our team and company grows

- We have a very flexible workplace and base our schedule on the work needed, not a 9-5 requirement. This is flexible and negotiable.
