Office Coordinator

Are you a dynamic individual with a knack for both Office Coordinator and Sales Representative? Roicians, a leading IT Training and Consultancy Company, is seeking a talented Office Coordinator with a proven track record in sales to join our team.
As our Office Coordinator and Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations while also contributing to our sales efforts. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend administrative skills with sales acumen in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive and comfortable working environment.
- Coordinate scheduling meetings, appointments, and training sessions, both internally and with clients.
- Utilize your sales experience to actively engage with potential clients and promote our services.
- Assist in coordinating sales activities, including preparing proposals and following up on leads.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are accurately categorized and easily accessible.
- Update/Maintain Client details and other related information and tasks in CRM.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client interactions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience in office coordinator and sales roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems is mandatory.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Creative mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Nice to know about the field of Information Technology.
