**What will you be responsible for?**
- Work independently - no micromanagement - to help us deliver outstanding customer experience
- Process policy modifications, renewals & cancellations
- Answer insurance coverage questions and offer personalized advice
- Share your feedback with the team to improve customer experience
- Move up in the company as we grow

**Do you have what it takes?**
- You have a valid AMF and/or RIBO certification in Personal Lines Damage Insurance
- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience
- You have strong oral and written communication skills in French and English
- You're a quick learner with an interest in technology
- You're proactive and have strong problem-solving skills

**Quelles seront tes responsabilités?**
- Assister les clients dans leurs besoins en assurance habitation et auto par SMS, courriel et téléphone grâce à notre système qui automatise plusieurs tâches manuelles d'un courtier/agent (collecte d'informations, lecture de consentements, etc.)
- Travailler de manière autonome (et sans microgestion) afin de nous aider à offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle
- Traiter les demandes de modification, renouvellement et résiliation de polices d'assurance
- Répondre aux questions de couverture d'assurance et offrir des conseils personnalisés
- Partager tes observations avec le reste de l'équipe afin d'améliorer l'expérience client
- Évoluer dans la compagnie à mesure que nous grandissons

**As-tu ce qu'il faut?**
- Tu as un permis valide de l'AMF et/ou RIBO en assurance de dommages des particuliers
- Tu as au moins 2 ans d'expérience pertinente
- Tu as de solides compétences de communication orale et écrite en français et anglais
- Tu apprends rapidement et tu as un intérêt pour les technologies
- Tu es proactif et tu as de fortes compétences en résolution de problème
