**We are looking for an Aviation Insurance Broker (Client Service Representative) to join our Aviation team in our Montreal office**

If you're passionate about aviation and want to work in a specialized property and casualty insurance niche, the position of Aviation Insurance Broker will meet your expectations.

As a Commercial Service Representative, you will be responsible for working with the Regional Aviation Practice Leader to provide quality service to customers, colleagues and insurers, and to achieve the company's objectives.

**Your day as a Client Service Representative - Aviation**
- Gather and review underwriting information provided by customers. Update underwriting reports;
- Obtain insurance quotes from insurers and present them to customers;
- Review documents;
- Prepare billing instructions and collect accounts receivable in collaboration with the accounting department;
- Respond to customer requests for insurance certificates;
- Follow-up and analyze policies, endorsements and invoices;
- Assist customers with claims and follow up with insurers;
- Organize and follow up on deliverables and deadlines for filing in EPIC.
- Experience in the aviation industry or knowledge of aviation.
- University degree (ideally in business or finance) or aerospace engineering technician or pilot.
- Insurance broker's license issued by the AMF.
- At least 2 years' experience in insurance brokerage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail, quality and deadlines.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
