**We are looking for a Commercial Insurance Broker (Client Service Representative) to join our Aviation team in our Montreal office**

As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for working with the Client Service Manager to achieve company goals and provide quality service to customers, colleagues, and insurers.

**Your day as a Client Service Representative**
- Collect and review of underwriting information from clients.
- Issue and format insurance submissions and client presentations.
- Translate and review documentation.
- Prepare invoicing instructions.
- Respond to clients on certificate of insurance requests.
- Follow-up and review policies, endorsements, and invoices.
- Organize and track deliverables and deadlines for the team EPIC filing.
- University degree (preferably in business or finance)
- Insurance broker's license issued by the AMF.
- Experience in insurance brokerage.
- Knowledge of the aviation industry is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Thoroughness, attention to detail and quality, and adherence to deadlines
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
