Drive business growth and customer satisfaction as an Enterprise Account Manager at Tipalti, a leading fintech company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 30+ clients, ensuring their successful adoption and utilization of our products and services.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, metrics-driven organization that prioritizes collaboration and innovation. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be expected to:

  • Become an expert in our products and services, staying up-to-date with product enhancements and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving brand loyalty, customer satisfaction, and advocacy.
  • Identify growth opportunities through upsells and cross-sells, focusing on net dollar retention and churn prevention.
  • Work closely with internal teams to proactively collect, receive, share, and act on feedback to drive collaboration and adoption.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years of customer success or account management experience, preferably in the fintech space.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with all levels within an organization.
  • A strong understanding of the fintech industry and our products and services.
  • ERP experience, accounts payable, ChurnZero, Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, analytic reporting, and CSM tool experience is a plus.

The estimated base pay rate for this position is $77,000-$88,000 CAD, with variable pay added on top.
