**Job Purpose**:
Provide support to the Real Estate department by managing repairs and preventative maintenance contracts to Facilities throughout North America. Maintain database with accurate information.

**Duties**:
Manage and maintain branch and vendor database.

Source and manage vendors for various maintenance projects

Develop strategies for Preventative Maintenance programs

Oversee Facility Repair and Maintenance Requests through online portal

Maintain Facility Maintenance tracker

Run and distribute facility maintenance reports for approvals as needed

**Education/Skills/Qualifications**:
Minimum of 5 years of construction background and real estate related knowledge

Minimum of 3 years of project management experience

Knowledge of HVAC, Security Systems, CCTV, Access Control systems preferred

Advanced skill set in Microsoft Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Self-motivated individual with excellent coordination skills

Strong team and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

Ability to communicate in French, both oral and written is welcomed

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

Ability to maintain discretion and client confidentiality

Familiarity with database tracking

High attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Bachelor s degree preferred
