Ai Chatbot Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **AI Agent Manager** to join our dynamic team. As the AI Agent Manager, you will be responsible for the **implementation**, **maintenance**, and **quality assurance**(QA) of AI agents across our various platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our AI solutions **align with business goals** and **deliver exceptional user experiences**.

**Responsibilities**:
- **Implement and deploy AI agents** to support various business functions such as customer service, sales, and marketing.
- **Collaborate with stakeholders** to ensure AI solutions meet business requirements.
- **Monitor the performance of AI agents** and **implement improvements**to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and user satisfaction.
- **Conduct thorough quality assurance tests** to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of AI agents.
- **Analyze data from AI interactions**to generate insights and drive strategic decisions.
- **Ensure that AI solutions comply** with relevant ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
- **Provide regular updates**to management on the status and performance of AI initiatives.
- **Leverage your expertise with Zendesk**Support, Zendesk Guide, Zendesk Talk, Zendesk Explore, Shopify, and ADA.cxto optimize AI agent implementations and enhance overall customer support and engagement.
**Requirements**:
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing and maintaining AI agents and machine learning solutions.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Understanding of ethical considerations and data privacy regulations related to AI.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in the furniture or home living industry, an asset.
- Familiarity with chatbot platforms and natural language processing (NLP) tools.
- Demonstrated success in implementing AI solutions at scale.
- Experience with Zendesk Support, Zendesk Guide, Zendesk Talk, and Zendesk Explore, Shopify, and ADA.cx.
