Faisant partie d’une équipe RH proactive, innovatrice et réactive, le **Conseiller(ère)** RH et formation agit en tant que personne ressource principalement dans le domaine de la formation et du développement des compétences mais intervient également sur les volets reliés à la relations avec les employés, la rémunération, la gestion de la performance et les mesures disciplinaires. Son rôle est de construire et de développer des relations avec les parties prenantes de tous niveaux afin d’offrir un support et des conseils en matière de formation, développement des talents et de la gestion des ressources humaines ainsi que de partager aux mieux, les meilleures pratiques.

**Responsabilités**:

Volet formation et developpement des competences (volet prioritaire et principal)_**
- Gérer le budget annuel de formation, en validant les informations avec la Directrice RH/ Recrutement au besoin.
- Gerer, réviser et documenter continuellement les priorités du plan annuel de formation, en ajustant en fonction des changements et des nouvelles informations en s’assurant de sa conformité avec à la Loi sur les Compétences au Québec.
- Accueillir et planifier des demandes de formation ponctuelles.
- En collaboration avec les Coordinateurs RH, organiser les activités de formation continue telles que des cours de langue, des formations techniques et artistiques, ainsi que des masterclasses mensuelles.
- Développer et adapter le contenu de formation lorsque nécessaire et offrir les formations en français et en anglais.
- Participer à la recherche et création d’initiatives et de formations EDI en collaboration avec l'équipe EDI groupe.
- En collaboration avec les Conseillers RH, la Production et les Départements, identifier les employés à haut potentiel en collectant et en analysant des informations, puis concevoir des plans d’évolution de carrière et offrir les formations correspondantes.
- Gérer les partenariats communautaires existants et nouveaux et soutenir les événements de formation et de recrutement tels que les conférences de formation internes et externes, les conférenciers invités, etc.

- Pourvoir un service consultatif aux employés en s’assurant qu'ils soient entièrement conscients de leurs droits et avantages.
- En collaboration avec l'équipe HR, créer, passer en revue et mettre à jour les politiques Cinesite conformément à la législation actuelle et aux meilleures pratiques au besoin
- Conseiller les directeurs en respectant la gestion de la performance, les problématiques employés, les droits du travail et les meilleures pratiques. Contribuer au développement de leur style de leadership et de leurs compétences de gestion.
- Fournir des conseils RH, en matière de relations employés problématiques, gestion de la performance, recrutement, leadership, congés et absences, rémunération et les avantages, etc. et escalader les situations complexes en cas de besoin.
- S’assurer que les questions Ressources Humaines soient traitées de façon impartiale et de façon cohérente avec la législation et les exigences de l’entreprise.
- Soutenir le développement d’une forte communication et des chaînes de rétroactions avec les employés.
- Au besoin, participer au processus annuel de la gestion de la performance.
- Exécuter des réunions disciplinaires et appliquer des mesures disciplinaires, avec les directeurs de département (incluant la terminaison d'emploi) le cas échéant
- Agir en tant que support à la Directrice RH et au recrutement en ce qui concerne les diagnostics et rapports RH ainsi qu’à la planification et stratégie.

**Compétences souhaités**:

- Diplôme en Ressources Humaines, Relations Industrielles ou tout équivalent
- 5-8 années d’expériences en RH incluant une expérience avancée dans la gestion d'activités de formation pour plusieurs équipes
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et de planification, capacité à prioriser les tâches
- Connaissances solides en loi du travail, du 1% en formation (Loi sur les Compétences) et des meilleures pratiques.
- Créatif et orienté solutions
- Excellent sens de jugement et compétences analytiques.
- Grande attention aux détails
- Grand niveau de professionnalisme et axé vers le service clients et l'expérience employé
- Excellente maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office
- Excellentes habiletés de rédaction et de communication en français et en anglais
- Grand esprit d'équipe et attitude positive
- Connaissances de l’industrie des effets visuels ou des films d’animation (un atout)
- Bilinguisme français
- anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral
