In the position of Talent Advisor, you will be a talent enabler and employee experience advocate. As a member of the Talent Development and Engagement team, you have the unique opportunity to develop and advise functional HR Partners and all colleagues in the organization. You get to design and shape Talent Development programs that support business and cultural transformation.

From you, we are looking for an independent, collaborative team player that seeks to continuously improve and is insights driven. You thrive on being a partner that supports their clients with solving problems by recommending actions and supporting enablement of execution. You are curious, open to feedback, seek to understand and have a solutions focus mindset.

In this role, you will report to the Director of Talent Development & Engagement. You’ll get to work with and influence HR Professionals and Business Leaders on your assigned initiatives and projects.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead one or more Enterprise Talent Development Programs, such as Talent Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Corporate or Speciality Learning.-
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve, refine and enhance programs to meet and achieve our business and people strategy.-
- Advise and enable Business Unit HR Partners on program administration and execution.-
- Manage external vendor partnerships that deliver facilitation or consultation solutions.-
- Design, develop and manage program content and deliverables-
- Regularly facilitate workshops and meetings with key stakeholders up to Executive CommitteeESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- ABOUT YOU- Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills-
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously-
- Ability to work autonomously to deliver on projects-
- French Language (Intermediate or advanced Written and Oral preferred)-
- You are fluent in French and English - The position requires close collaboration with various internal and/or external partners in Ontario and the United States.ACADEMIC TRAINING- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or Education-
- Assessment Certification (Insights, PPI, Hogan360, or SuccessFinders, etc) is an asset.-
- Professional Certifications and/or affiliations (SHRM, Association for Talent Development, etc)- WORK EXPERIENCE- 5-7 years as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or Talent or Learning & Development Advisor Role-
- Experience managing and executing enterprise wide HR programming-
- Project Management Experience- #LI-hybrid
