**Job Description**:
Want to be part of ISAAC’s IT group, in a role that aims to elevate the technical assistance experience for the internal ISAAC user community?

This special role involves delivering exceptional IT support services including end-user assistance and training, troubleshooting, consultation and end user technology installations.

Functions may include:

- consulting with end users to identify needs and requirements
- diagnosing and resolving problems in response to reported incidents
- installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and software
- planning and analysis of work processes
- developing training materials and providing information system-related training sessions
- performing backup and recovery operations
- creating and maintaining relevant documentation.

**This position is 100% onsite at ISAAC’s beautiful head office, Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional daily IT assistance to ISAAC colleagues
- Elevate the end user experience by following up and communicating on the progress of open service requests and by proactively anticipating the end users' needs
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for ISAAC team members
- Manage the IT end user asset lifecycle (laptops, desktops, cell phones, etc.)
- Ensure that relevant documentation is kept up to date
- Ensure that the common computer work area and computer room are orderly and well maintained
- Create and maintain documentation related to the knowledge base, processes and standard procedures
- Liaise with third-party vendors as needed to provide services to ISAAC.

**Qualifications**:

- DEP or AEC degree in a related field (includes computer networking, technical support)
- 1-3 years of related work experience.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices
- Knowledge of Office 365 ;
- Exchange Online
- Sharepoint / Teams
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Great organizational skills
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Excellent command of French and English, spoken and written
- Available to work occasional hours in the evening and on weekends
