Since 1965, our team has been committed to providing our global clientele with robust and innovative material handling solutions. In order to support our growth projects, we are currently seeking a **Field commissioning technician** for the startup of automation systems at our clients' sites.

**Main responsibilities of the position**:

- Commissioning/startup/adjustment of EPIQ equipment;
- Directing and assisting in system integration and production;
- Diagnosing and efficiently resolving problems;
- Providing on-site and remote support to client production teams;
- Producing daily reports on site progress;
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary project teams.

**Qualifications and prerequisites**:

- Possess technical training or a combination of relevant experiences (automation, electromechanical, control of automated systems, industrial programming);
- Availability to travel to clients' sites frequently (typically 1 week out of 4 in Quebec);
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in startup and commissioning of industrial automation programs;
- Experience in industrial control system design;
- Good knowledge in programming Allen Bradley PLC, HMI, VFD, and servo motors;
- Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics (Asset);
- Bilingualism required: 95% of clients are English-speaking.
