Systems Ltd., sells, maintains and repairs loading dock equipment, storage racking, lockers and many more storage solutions to increase customers valuable storage space as well as creating a more efficient, productive, and safer workplace.

We are currently seeking a **Service Support Specialist** to join our growing team.

**SUMMARY OF POSITION**
Stor-it Systems Ltd. - Service Support Specialist, in this role you will assist our Service Department Manager with a multitude of tasks to ensure our Service Department is exceeding our customers service goals. In doing so you will provide amazing customer service in a timely manner to current as well as potential customers. To ensure customer satisfaction you must have a passion for helping people, and must be able to assess their needs and sense of urgency.
We provide an abundance of virtual training options as well as hands on training for you to completely understand the needs of our customers.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain company & service technician jobsite training and certifications
- Product warranty registration
- Preventative Maintenance setup for new equipment
- Provide proper documentation for installs/ service calls (Workorders, Insurance, Worksafe, Drawings, etc.)
- Assist in maintaining install and service call schedule
- Answering company phones for service & parts requests
- Respond to customer quote inquiries for parts and service
- Use CRM to create customer quotes, and continuously update their opportunity through the stages of the sale
- Act as a liaison between the service technicians and sales team
- Create warranty claims with manufacturers
- Track shipment of product to ensure scheduling of install can be completed in a timely manner

**OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide administrative assistance to our service department manager when required
- Booking hotels for service technicians when required

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to interact with people at various levels of our organization
- Strong organizational and me-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, always changing environment
- Experience with CRM/ Sage 300 seen as an asset
- Self
- Starter who can take initiative
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel is seen as an asset
- Ability to work efficiently under mínimal supervision
- Previous experience in an industrial environment is considered a strong asset
- Must be able to maintain composure will working under pressure

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Post
- secondary education in Administration would be considered an asset
- Equivalent experience in a related field would also be considered an asset
