**Opportunity Summary**

**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Facilitate all post-closing activities including loan servicing, account administration and monthly payment processing
- Resolve basic default events through effective communication. Liaise with investors and borrowers to resolve performance issues;
- Prepare and review internal and external statements for management, borrowers and solicitors, including renewals discharge, mortgage statements;
- Maintain strong and regular communications with borrowers, investors, solicitors, account managers, brokers and other stakeholders;
- Adhere to a strict follow up schedule to ensure that investors are up-to-date and informed;
- Maintain up-to-date records and reports at all times;
- Carry out all communications with the highest quality service and full attention to detail in order to foster and encourage relationships;
- Manage and facilitate internal discharge and renewal processes using the appropriate steps;
- Special projects or other duties as required

**Experience**
- 2+ years’ experience in Mortgage Operations Officer is required.
- Educational background in financial services or mortgages is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, Google Sheets, and other database systems.
- Knowledge of Mortgage Automator and Dolphin software will be an added advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to foster and maintain relationships, and to negotiate within set parameters.
- Organized and process-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong math and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.54-$22.82 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Additional pay:
