**Rosedale Transport is a family owned business since 1969. With 15 terminals across North America we can provide and service our customers freight knowing their product will arrive quickly and safe to its destination**.

Rosedale Transport in Mississauga, On requires an Afternoon Maintenance Coordinator.

The Maintenance Coordinator ensures that the fleet maintenance requirements are accurately identified, recorded, and prioritized within the maintenance system. Also a team player reporting to the Director of Maintenance.

**Shift: Afternoons**

**Hours: Monday - Friday 1:30pm - 10:00pm**

**Rate: To Be Discussed**

**Bonus Program**
- Work order entry and creating purchase order numbers
- Provide assistance to drivers when a breakdown occurs
- scheduling and auditing vehicle repairs
- reviewing invoicing for accuracy
- providing updates on equipment to dispatch and other terminals
- utilizing reports to identify costs saving
- Inventory management, sourcing out parts as required
- Coordinating with yard mechanics to prioritize work
- Entering and maintaining notes and records in the system
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- 3 years’ experience in a fleet environment
- Previous administrative or coordinator experience in Maintenance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to use and learn computer software programs
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
- Knowledge or experience with TMW/ Truckmate an asset
- Self-motivated, team player
- Problem solving skills
