**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation of the organization’s multiple bank accounts including reconciling to the general ledger and making journal entries as required
- Oversee the accounts receivable process and proactively update senior management of status of receivables
- Issue miscellaneous invoices to and collect payments from customers and related companies and follow up on outstanding balances
- Reconcile sub-ledgers to general ledger control accounts and adjust as necessary
- Accounting for organization’s CAE including calculating estimates for following calendar year in accordance with leases, reconciling and reporting on actual CAE as compared to estimates and invoicing or crediting tenants as appropriate
- Collect information required for preparation of monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements and assisting in preparation for year-end review of financial statements by external accountants
- Performing other relevant duties to assist other functions within accounting department as required

**SKILLS**
- Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficient with MS Windows, Word, Excel, and knowledge of Yardi Voyager software beneficial
- Excellent administrative, interpersonal, communication and multi-tasking skills

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- College Diploma with a specialization in finance, accounting, or business
- Minimum two years’ relevant work experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
