WORK DESCRIPTION
**Duties would include**:
- Sourcing Materials
- Purchasing/Issuing PO’s
- Data Entry
- Assist with project start-up, invoicing and close-out procedures
- Obtaining permits as required
- Invoicing
- Coordination between field crews and project manager
- Coordination with Utilities and customers
- Timesheet Reconciliation
- Assisting with various clerical duties
- Occasionally Deliver Materials to site
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-Secondary Education in a relevant program and/or 3+ years’ relevant experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Responds well to direction with a desire to improve
- Proficient in construction management software (JONAS)
- Excellent time management skills
- Driver’s license and personal transportation
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $43,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cobourg, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Project Coordinator: 2 years (preferred)
Work Location: In person
