**Description**:
The Project Manager supports the development and management of both client projects and internal initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:
**Client Project Management**
- Attend client meetings with a CPG Facilitator.
- Take comprehensive meeting minutes.
- Develop Strategic Plans as an outcome of client strategy sessions.
- Create unique client solutions / deliverables as required.
- Write high quality client reports.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Liaison with clients and internal team members to ensure scope execution.
- Support the client with the execution of strategic initiatives.
**Internal Strategic Projects**
- Provide leadership in the creation of new internal policies and procedures.
- Develop internal standards, systems, and tools to enable process execution.
- Provide recommendations on process improvements that enhance value.
- Project manage strategic initiatives in alignment with our growth objectives.
- Liaison with internal teams to advance strategic projects.
**Internal Team Support & Administration**
- Develop client proposals and marketing collateral.
- Original content development, including presentations and graphics.
- Coordinate internal reporting and client stewardship.
- Monitor and update internal process and procedure documents.
- Develop tools / resources to support internal teams.
**Skills and Attributes**:
- Ability to work in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite.
- Strong PowerPoint and design capabilities.
- Resourceful, able to work independently and self-manage.
- High attention to detail and can produce “client-ready” deliverables.
- Professional, friendly and pleasant manner.
- Ability to work in a multi-task environment.
- Ability to operate under pressure.
- Highly skilled in time management.

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
