**Position Description**:
**Digital Learning Systems Administrator**

**Here's What You'll Get To Do**:

- Process & LMS Management_
- Provide consultation on configurations and ongoing use of the LMS at IEMHP
- Consult on and support the development of new digital learning initiatives and maintain/continuously improve existing initiatives (this includes, but is not limited to the transition of the IEMHP website to the LMS, the implementation of conference management, and oversight of any required payments made through the LMS)
- Build capacity and ensure content hosted on the LMS meets established standards
- Execution/Support Internal_
- Consult and assist in future upgrades of the LMS in partnership with LMS vendor
- Partner with stakeholders and the Business Manager to create, maintain and publish new material within the LMS
- Act as the key contact for day-to-day system operations
- Partner with Information Services and the Program Manager of Digital Initiatives to ensure system security requirements are maintained (as required)
- Work closely with IEMHP Program Managers to develop and support the execution of reporting related to activities within the LMS
- Consult with and train key stakeholders to manage sessions once Learning Paths (LP's) have been created
- Operations_
- Under the direction of the Business Manager, act as the key contact for the vendor on any issues related to the LMS functionality and its processes
- With support from the vendor, ensure all new initiatives are properly tested, implemented, and sustained on the LMS
- Responsible for overall system maintenance to ensure the quality and integrity of the system and the data
- Develop recommendations and implement system enhancements to ensure the LMS meets user needs
- Provide ongoing support to external partners using the LMS to address any challenges or customer service concerns that may arise

**Here's What You'll Need**:

- Essential:_
- Previous experience in LMS Administration
- Minimum undergraduate degree is required (or equivalent work experience)
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Excellent judgment, problem solving and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly developed critical thinking skills
- Demonstrates tact, sensitivity, and diplomacy in dealing with various stakeholders; able to effectively build relationships internally and externally
- Self-motivated and works well both independently as well as in a team environment
- Demonstrates initiative, creativity, and flexibility
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Demonstrated commitment and actions in advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion objective
- Assets:_
- 2-3 years practical experience with systems administration
- Experience in the development of training materials
