The Digital Learning Development Consultant is responsible for the creation of all learning content, information, partnering, and stakeholder management for Digital Learning as part of the Catalyst program. This role is responsible for the development and implementation of digital learning strategies, programs, and platforms. The incumbent will oversee the analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions for the Catalyst program and learning hub. They will consult with and collaborate with business partners to identify learning needs and opportunities, ensuring consistency in learning design and delivery.

**How you will create impact**:

- Provide expertise and consulting to business areas within Digital and Catalyst Program on the discipline of learning and development of learning concepts, practices, techniques, and technologies.
- Establish learning strategies for key stakeholder groups.
- Partner with enterprise Learning departments as needed to support common goals.
- Maintain a strong level of knowledge and understanding of the needs of the business (short and long-term objectives and goals) to align learning solutions to meet these needs.
- Responsible for the creation of overall design, development, and delivery plan for learning solutions.
- Complete instructional design for learning solutions (processes, job-aids, demos, courses, modules, webinars, programs, curriculum, etc. including eLearning and virtual program elements) following standard instructional design processes and methodologies.
- Complete development work including use of authoring tools and other technology to create learning tangibles including eLearning modules, eAssets for Catalyst hub and course/program standard materials such as presentations.
- Plan, coordinate, and support implementation of learning solutions including scheduling, logistics and communications as needed.
- Develop the tools and processes to evaluate the learning effectiveness and business impact of learning programs.
- Support the monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of the training programs and delivery.
- Make recommendations for changes and/or adapt training appropriately.
- Responsible for the prioritization of identified learning needs and resourcing.
- Manage medium to large sized learning solution projects in a business environment that operates within Agile project management methodology.

**How you will succeed**:

- Build trusting relationships with stakeholder groups to determine learning and development needs through information gathering, assessment and analysis and recommend learning solutions.
- Support people leaders in their role to create an environment that encourages training knowledge transfer and learning implementation. Provide tools and strategies to support training transfer conversations and activities.
- Conduct external research into new tools, methods, models, approaches, mechanisms, science, learning technology etc. to enable continuous improvement of learning solutions
- Continuously undertake internal research through collaborative connections with peer learning functions and auxiliary groups such as communications and change management to maintain alignment of models, approaches, tools and to share and find new learnings.
- Lead or facilitate learning programs synchronously both in person and virtually using virtual training platforms.
