Due to Anytime Dental Group’s unique philosophy, we have seen the most success in bringing leaders in at the ground level and rolling up their sleeves to learn how we operate prior to them taking on leadership positions. Specifically, while paid at a manager level, you would start as a Concierge at one of our clinics for 1-2 months, then move into the General Manager role of that location.

We believe in paying more for the right talent.
We want to hire individuals who produce phenomenal results and pay them accordingly. This leadership role is not for a passive person and we recognize that this way of operating isn’t for everyone, so not everyone will fit within our model. This is just one example of how we’re wanting to truly revolutionize how dental practices build their clinics and operating models.
Our General Manager role comes with an attractive salary and bonus plan. Depending on your individual experience, and the size of the clinic(s) you would be overseeing, the annual targeted compensation can be up to 100k/year. This is how we reward clinic and culture growth.
Members of our team will be regularly evaluated based on their contribution to performance and company culture. **About our Clinics within Anytime Dental Group**
We’re a fast growing, newly established company that has eleven clinics throughout Ontario, with two additional clinics being built throughout 2024, followed by four more each year In the summer of 2023, we started our journey to build a central support team and bring our clinics underneath the banner of Anytime Dental Group. We believe that we have created never-seen-before dental practices that are undoubtedly committed to our patients, their families, and our employees' experience. As oral health is such a priority to us, we provide **free basic dental care and cleanings for our employees and their immediate family.**

**Your Responsibilities**
Below we’ve listed formal responsibilities, but they are not limited to other responsibilities that may arise.
- Contribute to a warm and welcoming atmosphere for patients, families and employees that exceeds expectations and leaves a lasting impression.
- Oversee scheduling patient appointments efficiently; optimize the time and schedules of the dental professional team by minimizing gaps between appointments.
- Hire and train new office team members to respond to patients’ needs and manage billing systems.
- Manage the daily team member schedule including verifying employee timesheets, updating team member schedules as needed, coordinating coverage for vacation time, reviewing timeliness of appointment completion, and completing weekly and monthly reporting to the Regional Manager.
- Create, establish and manage internal office protocols and procedures to ensure office efficiency.
- Lead and motivate team members in all areas of the business.
- Oversee the processing of insurance and secondary insurance claims.
- Host weekly coaching and development sessions with direct reports.
- Build patient/employee relationships through ongoing dialogue and resolving any escalated patient/employee issues promptly.
- Organization and coordination of office supplies, deliveries, petty cash, etc.
- Manage the day-to-day finances by reviewing and processing accounts receivable (AR). Strong AR knowledge and experience is a huge asset.
- Efficient at problem solving and critical thinking.
**Skills & Experience**
- Personality We need an energetic, strong individual that thinks like an owner.
- 2+ years of management experience. Dental experience is a bonus, but not required.
- Experience managing a P&L.
- Flexible schedule. The clinic is open 7-days a week and until 9pm on weekdays.
- Experience in optimization of scheduling patient appointments.
- Experience coordinating employee schedules and coordinating coverage as needed.
- Demonstrated the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience maintaining a professional level of patient/employee privacy.
- Highly proficient in conflict management.
