Be a part of a team that manages the rentals and logistics of our space rental fleet and modular buildings across the construction, industrial, and government sectors.

The Sales Coordinator role researches, targets, and builds relationships to sell or rent new and used ATCO products and services. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be tasked with monitoring your region for major projects, prospecting new business, and nurturing existing relationships. You will have the benefit of marketing available fleet products along with ATCO’s manufacturing capabilities to build from scratch.

This role will allow you to build strong technical product knowledge while engaging in local community events which will be paramount as you seek to build trust with your accounts.

**What You Get To Do**:

- Assist Outside Sales team in preparing quotes, liaising with clients and managing other in-house projects
- Greet and develop relationships with current and potential customers via telephone and face to face
- Respond to routine requests from the sales team on equipment availability for pending rentals
- Allocate and manage fleet buildings to hire jobs between sales, contract administration and operations.
- Coordinate the transportation of our space rentals fleet with various stakeholders including the customer, operations, and sales teams.
- Maintain a fleet availability list for all units in the regional space rentals fleet, including floor plans, specifications, and costing information.
- Manage fleet and inventory through coordination with yard operations.
- Prepare fleet utilization reports on a weekly and monthly basis
- Keep well-informed on competition, competitive issues, products, drawing registers, fleet/product lists and compliance changes
- Maintain regular contact with potential customers to strengthen relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Support Operations Manager in preparing service bids and coordinating with service contractors on equipment repair, renovations, and upgrades as applicable

**Who You Are**:

- Strong Background in construction sales, the rental industry, and customer service
- Ability to read and understand basic blueprints.
- Passionate on the technical and sales side of the modular units
- Go-getter with good relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, looking to accept and create new positive challenges, proactive with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
- Is self-aware and seeks feedback to support personal growth.
- Bilingual in English and French
