Fraserway RV, Canada's sole coast-to-coast RV Sales & Rentals Dealer is looking for a talented and passionate **Talent Acquisition Manager** to join our People & Culture team.

You will play a pivotal role in promoting Fraserway RV’s employer brand and recruitment strategy to support our growth. This leader will lead strategies that attract, assess, and secure top talent for Fraserway RV that align with its customer-first commitment. As a strategic business partner, you will work closely with leadership and teams across all locations to implement innovative talent strategies that align with our Mission and Values. You are not just a recruiter, you are a true talent ambassador of Fraserway RV

Being close to the marketplace through benchmarking and networking, you will analyze both recruitment and business trends allowing you to make recommendations on staffing processes, building talent pipelines and sourcing prospects that result in finding and engaging top talent. You will build strong partnerships with regional leaders and provide a proactive approach to recruiting in key areas of our business by driving top diverse talent into hires.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE**

***Recruitment**
- Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies for multiple regions, considering local market trends and organizational needs.
- Collaborate with regional leaders to identify specific hiring goals and align recruitment initiatives with business objectives.
- Accountability for end-to-end talent acquisition across all levels and business units to ensure that all talent have the best onboarding experience.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to gain an understanding of the skills and requirements needed for each position and develop a recruitment strategy.
Manage, advocate, and contribute to the evolution of our employment brand as a platform to engage and hire top talent at market.
- Consistently seek opportunities to streamline and enhance the high-volume talent acquisition process through creative sourcing strategies and executions, vendor partnerships, talent management, systems and assessment tools (experience with Predictive Index, Birkman, Disc or similar related hiring assessment tools preferred).
- Remain current on relevant market best practices in talent acquisition including leveraging technology, social media, and niche networks.
- Expertly manage the Talent Acquisition from an operational standpoint - budget, vendors, external staffing partners - ensuring that Fraserway RV is getting the most for every dollar invested in recruitment.
- Find the best talent and deliver the right people to put forward for assessment.
- Work with the appropriate business partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.

***Collaboration with Regional Hiring Managers**
- Partner with hiring managers across regions to understand specific staffing needs and develop targeted job descriptions.
- Conduct training sessions to promote best practices and ensure consistency in the recruitment process.
- Partner internally with senior leadership to establish and contribute to a great talent management and succession planning cycle, affording enhanced visibility and opportunity to internal talent.
- Support hiring managers in making informed decisions with data-driven insights and market intelligence.
- Remain informed and communicative on the organizational staffing picture and trends that could impact operating costs.

**Reporting & Metrics**
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities across regions using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
