Duties & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate our core value proposition to develop long standing relationships with established customers to find opportunity to retain and grow customer revenue
- Manage day to day customer service and administration for all accounts
- Take your passion of the outdoors to deliver a compelling sales proposition of our products to close and onboard inbound sales
- Understanding of premium brand products to effectively promote to customers
- Strategize with marketing and sales team on campaigns
- Maintain customer engagement with key accounts
- Create reports that document results of key account focused activities and initiatives
- Manage notes for customers within internal database
- Manage customer assets with web and marketing team
- Manage After Sales Service to accounts including:

- Requests
- Customer learning and purchasing tools
- PK Clinic registration for customer’s staff
- Warranties
- Pricing
- Anticipating possible challenges and proactively addressing them

professionalism to reflect the values of our company.
- Managing client records and activities in CRM

Experience

3 years experience within a similar Account Coordinator and Inbound Sales role working directly with B2B customers

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in business, marketing or related field Working within a KPI environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & CRM.

This role is suitable for Canada-based applicants only, who are located or within a short commute to our offices in South Etobicoke. This is not a work-from-home position.
