**About the Team & Business Line**:
Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

**About You**:

- You have 5+ years of experience leveraging agile project management to deliver multiple projects on time and in scope in a fast paced environment.
- Possess a strategic mindset and find motivation in creatively solving problems
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities
- Undergrad degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Exceptional communications skills, both written and oral, and the ability to capture a diverse audience
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Confident leading code reviews, design sessions and reviewing technical documentation
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence to manage projects
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, design documentation, process flows and wireframes in order to clearly communicate a set of functional requirements
- Strong business requirement analytical skills with the ability to produce clearly articulated requirements and documents

Asset:

- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, BPM and RPA
- You have a University degree or equivalent.
- Possess Project Management experience of 5+ years at a senior level with a focus on process improvement and proven results
- Possess a PMP certification or equivalent
- Sound knowledge of project management techniques, tools and methodologies; Waterfall or Agile
- Excellent organizational skills and proven experience leading, prioritizing and managing large, complex projects
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix or shared services organizational model
- Proven experience in effectively communicating/translating business needs with technical resources
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Visio tools

You will be considered an asset if you possess the following qualities:

- Lean Six Sigma yellow/green belt
- Experience working in the Financial Industry in some capacity, with Hedge Fund Administration experience considered an asset
- Experience with Jira and/or Confluence
- Experience with Qlik Sense/View or similar BI tools
- Understanding of how ERP, BPM, CRM and BI tools operate
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business-related field and a formal Project Management qualification (e.g., IPMA, PMP).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in a financial services environment and can demonstrate utilizing project management tools such as RAID logs, milestones and schedules
- Demonstrated strong proficiency in interpersonal/communication skills including oral and written English
- Effective at planning and organizing in order to set priorities and coordinate projects to meet deadlines within a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Products especially Excel and PowerPoint
