**Large Ticket Collector**
As a Large Ticket Collections Specialist, you will be expected to execute adequate and timely collection activities on large balance customers in order to minimize risk costs and optimize returns.

**Day to Day**
- Identify and investigate payment arrears in the portfolio and notate the accounts appropriately
- Communicate with end users by telephone and in writing
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners during the collections process
- Manage end user and arrears process
- Continue all necessary actions to collect payments and/or terminate accounts
- Record end user and arrears history in order to ensure a complete file as a sound basis for decision making during collection, recovery

**Essentials**
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
- 4-8 years of collections, customer service, and/or sales experience preferred
- Experience and knowledge in the leasing and finance sector is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and resolve complex administrative issues including payment reconciliations
- Strong negotiation skills
- Customer focused
- Ability to handle customers with multiple schedules or agreements
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent professional business writing skills
- Quality driven and results oriented
- Able to work in a very fast-paced environment and adapt to situations
