District Operations Specialist
LOCATION
CAN TORONTO
The District Operations Specialist will act as support to the operations of the senior district office supporting the Senior Managing Director and Senior Manager District Operations.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:
Meetings & Events & Incentives
- Support larger meetings and events
- Collaboration with district support on sales incentives and regional meetings
- Coordinate national competitions
- Travel reservations (air, train, hotel, etc..)
- Proactive approach on recurring internal projects such as charity campaigns, kick offs, etc.
- Work with HR on the organization of special celebration days including logistics of gifts i.e. year end holidays
- Prepare visuals for follow up internal and external events and meetings social posts
Communication
- Responsible for distributing internal communications for Senior directors
- Provide the necessary information needed for communications
- Set up and assist on country and senior district call invitations in MS Teams or Zoom
Administration
- Handle highly confidential information
- Administration of purchase orders
- Act as primary support to the senior district office
- Create PowerPoint presentations
- Assist the senior director with administration such as expense and calendar management
- Distributing information pertaining to new initiatives or changes to programs. This may include posting and distributing scorecards, 52 weeks, questionnaires/surveys, etc.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as requested
- Manage subscriptions and memberships
EXPERIENCE & PROFILE REQUIRED
- 2+ years of college preferred.
- 3+ years’ experience working in a mid-level, administrative capacity in a highly professional, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating that the customer is always at the centre of what you do.
- Exceptional understanding of all Robert Half lines of business and service offerings.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products including data entry skills.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Detail oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Strong personal brand.
- Strong collaborator with all levels of the organisation
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with team members, customers, and key stakeholders in a virtual/remote environment.
- Expertise and interest in digital/technology changes
- Ability to work effectively in a continually changing environment and under high pressure.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Communication
- Avoir la responsabilité de la distribution des communications internes pour les directeurs principaux
- Fournir les informations nécessaires à la communication
- Organiser les invitations d'appels de pays et de districts de la haute direction dans MS Teams ou Zoom et y contribuer
Administration
- Traiter des informations hautement confidentielles
- Administration des bons de commande
- Agir en tant que soutien principal du bureau de district principal
- Créer des présentations PowerPoint
- Assister le directeur principal dans les tâches administratives telles que la gestion des dépenses et de l'agenda
- Distribuer des informations relatives aux nouvelles initiatives ou aux changements apportés aux programmes. Cela peut inclure l'affichage et la distribution de cartes de pointage, de 52 semaines, de questionnaires/de sondages, etc.
- Participer à des projets ad-hoc selon les besoins

EXPÉRIENCE ET PROFIL REQUIS
- 2 années et plus d'études collégiales de préférence.
- 3 années et plus d'expérience dans une fonction administrative de niveau intermédiaire dans un environnement hautement professionnel et un environnement trépidant.
