**Role Summary**
Dignity Health Global Education (DHGE) seeks a passionate, innovative, and analytical marketing specialist to create a lasting impression on enterprise clients, customers, and stakeholders to help drive DHGE from a start-up to a multi-million dollar healthcare workforce development company.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Be responsible for B2B demand generation through multi-channel efforts and driving MQLs to the enterprise sales team for a range of products and services.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Enterprise teams to identify B2B audience segments and generate compelling content for B2B website pages and social media.
- Collaborate with the enterprise team to create case studies (both written and video), while also reviewing collateral on a regular basis to ensure that it is up to date and relevant for the B2B audience.
- Assist the Brand & Design Manager in developing a suite of marketing client-facing collateral for use by the Enterprise team when pitching DHGE to key decision makers, ensuring that all collateral speaks to the client's needs and demonstrates the various DHGE offerings, including off-the-shelf and customized solutions.
- Ensure the messaging, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials are consistent, coordinating with marketing, enterprise, and the broader organization.
- Understand and align with enterprise clients' marketing and communications in order to increase awareness of DHGE's educational programs.
- Measure and track the success of campaigns and initiatives via Salesforce and provide analysis and improvements to inform future strategy.
- Strong understanding of proven tactics and strategies for marketing direct to healthcare with awareness of the changing environment.
**Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Understanding of B2B marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, confidence to question the status quo, and like to investigate root causes.
- Ability to focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads, and sales.
- Be self-motivated and show an ability to work autonomously as and when required.
- Feel comfortable in an environment that moves fast and changes often, where you will be measured against your ability to meet core objectives.
**Experience**
- You have 4 + years’ experience marketing to large corporations, working alongside a business development team with integrated marketing plans.
- 2-4 years’ experience running strategic marketing programs that segmented messages and/or materials by persona.
- You have built communities or engagement plans with executive level stakeholders and have a proven ability to market customized solutions.
- Strong experience in managing multiple projects across several stakeholders.
- Experience working in the healthcare and/or education sector
- Experience working with Salesforce: Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
**Working Conditions**
This role is a fully remote role, with the expectation of occasional travel to support the enterprise sales team and the marketing team.
