**Seeking experienced Office Manager (NOC 13100)**

Stone Paradise Ltd (“Stone Paradise”) is a retail and wholesale supply company for landscaping and landscape construction supplies. We are looking to hire an Office Manager to ensure the day-to-day integrity of the company’s management and organization to start as soon as possible. This is a permanent, full-time position of 40-50 hours/week with a salary of $25.77/hour along with a health spending account and 2 weeks of vacation per year. Our office is located at 1990 Oxford Street E., London, Ontario N5V 2Z8. The language of work is English.

The main responsibilities and duties will include:

- Overseeing and coordinating office procedures to ensure proper functioning of landscaping business
- Maintaining all office accounts and contracts including, but not limited to utilities, IT functions, vehicles, phone contracts, etc.
- Establishing work priorities, ensuring customer orders are expedited when required, delegating work to office support staff when required
- Assisting in creating vendor purchase orders, invoicing of customer shipments, sending and receiving mail, couriers, and deliveries, including filing, and distributing received files
- Coordinating and planning for the inventory of supplies by reviewing requirements and establish procedures to maintain budget
- Managing customer inquiries pertaining to landscape supplies, rental equipment, and customer deliveries
- Performing accounting/bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks accounting software, processing e-transfers, direct deposits, PayPal, and check payments as well as credit card transactions
- Maintaining an organized database of contractors and customers contact information
- Assisting in the organization of company events and activities
- Preparing and completing the on-board requirements for new employees

The following skills are required for this position:

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in business administration or related field
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suites, QuickBooks and Helcim
- Knowledge of landscaping supplies and equipment
- Experience with social media, scheduling, budgeting, and payroll
- Extensive experience managing the administrative functions of a small business in the service industry

**Salary**: $25.77 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
