**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
- Ask questions to determine the nature of the problem.
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure the issue has been resolved.
- Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
**- Bilingualism in English and French (oral and written).**
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms (Windows and Linux).
- Resourcefulness and quick-thinking nature to handle the fast-paced working environment.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth understanding of computer systems, networks, and software.
- Knowledge of SQL (a plus, but not required).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
