**Job Title**: Technical Support Specialist BOSS

**Reports to**: Director, Customer Success

**About the role**

The incumbent will contribute to our organization's success by bringing their exceptional customer-centric experience, love for advancing technology and the ability to help promote products and services to existing, new or potential customers.

**The duties**
- Provide excellent customer service on all calls.
- Become an expert with the company's technology programs.
- Take appropriate action to efficiently resolve issues.
- Receive and incorporate feedback to improve personal and business performance.
- Connect and build rapport with existing and new customers and their changing needs.
- Efficiently enter data into the company software program.
- Logging items and issues into a ticketing system.
- Handle calls in a timely and professional manner and by company policies and procedures.
- Be willing to work the AM or PM shift (hours between 8AM - 8 PM) as the need arises.

**The must haves**
- High school degree.
- Versatile customer service experience with an emphasis on client satisfaction.
- Excellent computer literacy and skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Must be comfortable working in a highly structured, measurable target driven environment.
- Ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns and overcome objections.
- Professional and friendly attitude.
- Ability to quickly develop a connection with customers over the phone.
- Fluent in both French and English (Asset).
- Experience in Sales and/or Call Centre environment (Asset).

Pay: $46,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
